Order online via our secure web site.
You can place your order quickly and easily using our online secure web site. A secure server encrypts all information submitted to us through the Internet, eliminating any security problems. We do not charge your credit card using any online processing service. All Credit card orders are reviewed and processed manually. The information is treated as confidential and handled with total discretion. Rest assured that Bob Johnson’s Computer Stuff, Inc. will not release any of your information under any circumstances. Advantages of Ordering Online
You get priority treatment. Since we encourage our customers to take advantage of our online ordering system, you can be sure your order will receive the same priority treatment as a phone-in order.
You have no time constraints. You can see detailed product information online any time. After you decide which terms you want to purchase, you can place your order online via our secure system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed daily Monday through Friday until 5 pm, Eastern Standard Time, same day shipping of in-stock products.
Ordering via the Telephone
We do not accept Telephone orders. You must place your order online.
Order by Purchase Order
We do not sell product on Net Terms.
Ordering by Mail
Credit Card orders. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Ordering by Credit Card
Bob Johnson’s Computer Stuff Inc. dba Lotsoflaptops.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Your credit card will be authorized when you place your order. However, your order will not be charged until the product is shipped. We do not charge your credit card using any online processing service. All Credit card orders are reviewed and processed manually. We do not charge ‘surcharges’ on credit card transactions.
All orders are reviewed and processed off line. All shipping charges are subject to change based on actual costs. We will notify you if your shipping costs have changed before we process your order.
Our Fraud Prevention Department reviews each order that is placed through this website before we process payment. We may flag your order and notify you by telephone and/or email. If this occurs your order may be delayed up to 3 business days. |
