Lenovo uses a 7 digit SKU (e.g. 7450-8HU, 7450-2CU) to specify the computer model, configuration, and country of origin. Lenovo created a custom part number for these, "7450-W72" which should be based on "7450-8HU" but without a webcam, fingerprint reader, or Wireless WAN (WWAN).
